Tata Steel Long Products Ltd Board approves dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Tata Steel Long Products Limited ("the Company") at its meeting held today, i.e. April 20, 2021, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 5.00/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10.00/- each (50%) to the shareholders of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2021.

The dividend recommended by the Board of the Company is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company and will be paid as per applicable guidelines.

Shares of Tata Steel Long Products Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs.834.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 809.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 20895 in over 1388 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 844.85 and intraday low of 811.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 17324021.
