Amarjothi Spinning Mills Limited board approves sale of land

The Board of Directors of Amarjothi Spinning Mills Limited at their meeting held today i.e. April 19, 2021 have accorded their approval for the sale of the land admeasuring 3 acres and 88.50 Cents to AFCM Wind Farms Private Limited for an overall consideration of Rs.16,00,000/-.

Shares of AMARJOTHI SPINNING MILLS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.99.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 100.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3647 in over 43 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 99.95 and intraday low of 97.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 359351.
