Zuari Global Ltd board declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 1 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Zuari Global Ltd at its meeting held on 19th April, 2021 has declared an 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 1.00 per equity share of Rs. 10 each of the Company (i.e. 10%) for the Financial Year 2020-21.

The record date fixed for the payment of interim dividend will be 28th April 2021. The interim dividend shall be paid / dispatched to the shareholders of the Company within the timelines prescribed under law.

Shares of ZUARI GLOBAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.78.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 80.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3177 in over 66 trades.
