Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 19, 2021, inter alia, has recommended Final Dividend of 400% (i.e. Rs. 4/- per share, on Equity Shares of the Face Value of Re. 1/- each) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2021. The Book closure and date of payment of Final dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting the Company, will be announced later.
