Easy Trip Planners Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Easy Trip Planners Ltd at their meeting held today i.e. April 19, 2021, has declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 21,72,90,000/- (100%) per Equity Share of face value of Rs.2/ - (Rupees Two only) each of the Company for the Financial Year 2020-21.

The said Dividend on Equity Shares will be dispatched/credited to those Members whose name appears on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the Equity shares as on "Record Date" i.e. Wednesday, April 28, 2021. The Interim Dividend will be paid/dispatched on or before 18th May, 2021.
