Sonata Software Ltd board to approve Q4, FY2021 results on May 12, 2021

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Sonata Software Ltd will be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2021, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Statements of the Company (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March 2021.

The board will also consider and recommend a Final Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2020-21.
