Coforge Limited board approves issue of NCDs for Rs. 340 crore

The Board of Directors of Coforge Limited ("Board") at its meeting held today i.e. April 17, 2021, considered and approved the issuance of, on a private placement basis, up to 3400 Listed, Rated, Redeemable Non-Convertible Bonds of face value INR 10,00,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Lakh) ("NCB") each aggregating up to INR 340,00,00,000 (Rupees Three Hundred and Forty Crores only).

Shares of Coforge Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3170.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3045.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 31647 in over 4282 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3222 and intraday low of 2981.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 99958557.
