Swastika Fin Lease Ltd has announced that M/s. Swastika Commodities Pvt Ltd having its Regd. Office, Indore, has become a subsidiary Company of the Company by way of acquiring holding more than 51% stake.

Swastika Commodities Pvt Ltd is applying membership for National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Ltd (NCDEX) Multy Commodity Exchange of India (MCX) Looking in to the current market scenario in Commodity Market Company has acquired stake in Swastika Commodities Pvt Ltd.
