GE Power India Limited signs SPA with GE Power Systems GmbH

GE Power India Limited on 15 April 2021, executed Share Purchase Agreement with GE Power Systems GmbH for acquisition of legal and beneficial ownership of 50% of the issued and paid up share capital of NTPC GE Power Services Private Limited.

Shares of GE Power India Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.257.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 255.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4847 in over 212 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 261.7 and intraday low of 256.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1251121.
