Angel Broking Limited board to announce 3rd interim dividend on April 22, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Angel Broking Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, April 22, 2021 to consider and declare Third (3rd) interim dividend, for the Financial Year 2020-21.

The Record Date for reckoning the shareholders who shall be entitled to receive the interim dividend, if any, so declared will be Friday, April 30, 2021.

The Trading Window in respect of equity shares of the Company will remain closed till the declaration of interim dividend. The trading window of the Company is already closed and shall be open after 48 hours from the date of declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Quarterly and Annual Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2021.
