Roto Pumps Ltd acquires industrial land for Rs. 12.65 crore

Roto Pumps Ltd have been allotted an industrial land admeasuring 8100 sqm by New Okhla Industrial Development Authority in Sector 145 at a cost of Rs. 12.65 Cr.

The payment is to be made 20% within 60 days from allotment and balance in 10 half-yearly instalments with applicable interest. The first such installment shall be due on 31st December 2021.

The land would be used strategically for the identified expansion projects of the Company viz. solar pumping systems and downhole pumps & mud motors in the due course of time.

Shares of ROTO PUMPS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.136.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 142.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 35202 in over 440 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 142.5 and intraday low of 135. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4853813.
