Sasken Technologies Ltd board to consider Q4, FY21 results and final dividend on April 22, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Sasken Technologies Ltd will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2021 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021.

The board will also consider proposal for recommendation of final dividend for the year 2020-21.
