Hindustan Copper Ltd allots 4,18,06,020 shares at Rs. 119.60 to QIBs

The Board of Directors of Hindustan Copper Limited ("the Board") in its meeting held today i.e. April 13, 2021 has approved the allotment of 4,18,06,020 (Four crores, eighteen lakhs, six thousand and twenty) Equity Shares of face value Rs. 5/- each to eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers at the issue price of Rs. 119.60 per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 114.60 per Equity Share) aggregating up to Rs. 50,000 lakhs (Rupees fifty thousand lakhs only), pursuant to the Issue.

Pursuant to the allotment of Equity Shares in the Issue, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 462,60,90,000/- (Rupees four hundred sixty two crore sixty lakh ninety thousand only), comprising 92,52,18,000 (Ninety two crore fifty two lakh eighteen thousand) Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each to Rs. 483,51,20,100 (Rupees four hundred eighty three crore fifty one lakh twenty thousand one hundred only), comprising 96,70,24,020 (Ninety six crore seventy lakh twenty four thousand twenty) Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each.

The Issue opened on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 and closed on Monday, April 12, 2021 and the same was intimated to you through our letters dated April 7, 2021 and April 12, 2021, respectively.

Shares of HINDUSTAN COPPER LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.131.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 143.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 322034 in over 2664 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 140.75 and intraday low of 130.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 43282762.
