5paisa Capital Ltd board to announce Q4, FY21 results, fund raising through NCDs on April 20, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of 5paisa Capital Ltd is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, April 20, 2021, to consider and approve, the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2021.

The board will consider annual fund raising by way of issue of Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis and any other business.
