G M Breweries Ltd board declares dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of G M Breweries Ltd at their meeting held on 6th April 2021 has recommended dividend at the rate of 40% i.e Rs. 4.00/- per share.

The Dividend payment will be subject to approval of members at the forthcoming AGM.
