HDFC to invest in Kerala Infrastructure Fund Management Limited

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has today invested in 3,88,303 equity shares of Rs. 10 each of Kerala Infrastructure Fund Management Limited (KIFML) representing 9.90% of its share capital issued on a private placement basis.

KIFML was promoted by the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB) to manage Kerala Infrastructure Fund. KIFML acts as the Asset Management Company. The company was incorporated on November 13, 2018.

Shares of HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2446 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2530.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 164674 in over 7880 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2587.2 and intraday low of 2413.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 402031116.
