Major Fire at Trident Limited's cotton warehouse in Budhni

Trident Limited has announced that a major fire has broken out in the Cotton warehouse located in the manufacturing facilities at Budhni, Madhya Pradesh.

The fire has resulted in major damage of stocks of cotton, lying in the warehouse.

The company is proactively monitoring the situation and taking necessary steps for the safety and well-being of the manpower and reduce the impact on business.

The actual quantum of loss/damage cannot be ascertained at this point of time.

The Loss/damage is adequately covered by Insurance and the company has already informed the Insurance Company about the fire Incident.

Shares of TRIDENT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.13.98 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 14.19. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1590343 in over 3754 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 14.22 and intraday low of 13.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 22133515.
