Fire Accident at Bajaj Healthcare Limited's unit at Tarapur

There was a minor fire accident at one of Bajaj Healthcare Limited's unit situated at Plot no. N-128 at M.L.D.C, Tarapur, Maharashtra on April 03, 2021. Due to prompt action by alert staff the fire was brought under control and no substantial loss of property or injury to human life has occurred in the incidence. However, the Company is ascertaining the extent of loss and has already informed to the Insurance Company as the entire factory and goods therein are adequately insured.

The Company has decided to conduct Fire Safety Audit of its above said manufacturing unit for safe processing infrastructure before starting a manufacturing activities.

Shares of Bajaj Healthcare Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.456.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 446.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 69038 in over 1331 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 460.1 and intraday low of 433.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 30745825.
