SPML Infra Ltd announces resignation of MD due to age and health

Mr. Sushil Kumar Sethi, Managing Director of SPML Infra Ltd has tendered his resignation from the position of Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 03rd April, 2021 owing to his age and health. However, he expressed his desire to continue as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Shares of SPML Infra Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.9.62 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 9.84. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10701 in over 33 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 10.75 and intraday low of 9.62. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 109126.
