Bodhtree Consulting Ltd divests stake in companies

Bodhtree Consulting Ltd in its Board Meeting held on 31st March, 2021 has divested its investment in Pressmart Media Limited and Learnsmart (India) Private Limited.

Consequent to the above transaction, the abovementioned companies ceased to be Associate Company of Bodhtree Consulting Limited.

Shares of Bodhtree Consulting Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.28.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 28.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10860 in over 407 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 30.6 and intraday low of 27.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 307953.
