Fire incident at Borosil Limited's warehouse

There has been an outbreak of fire today at one of Borosil Limited's warehouse situated at Ankleshwar, District Bharuch - 393001, Gujarat. Our emergency response team and local fire brigade have brought the fire under control. There are no injuries reported.

The company thanked the local administration and fire brigade for their timely support.

The Company is in the process of ascertaining the extent of damage. The Company has adequate insurance in place to cover the damage at the warehouse.

Shares of BOROSIL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 169.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 168.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10,483 and the deliverable quantity was 7261 shares.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 173 and intraday low of Rs. 169.
