ICRA reaffirms long-term, short-term rating of V-Guard Industries Limited

ICRA Ltd., has vide its letter dated March 31, 2021 re-affirmed the Long-term credit rating for Rs. 344.87 Crore Line of Credit of the Company as "[ICRA] AA" (pronounced ICRA double A). The outlook on the Long-term rating remains "Stable".

The rating agency also re-affirmed the short-term rating for the Rs. 344.87 Crore Line of Credit as "[ICRA]Al+" (pronounced ICRA A one plus).

Shares of V-GUARD INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.250.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 246.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 72283 in over 2054 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 255 and intraday low of 242.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 18156677.
