JM Financial Ltd board to announce Q4, FY21 results on May 5, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of JM Financial Ltd is convened on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 to consider the audited Standalone Financial Results for the last quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2021 and audited Consolidated Financial Results for the last quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2021.

The board will also consider recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2020-21.

The window for trading in the equity shares of the Company is being closed from today, viz., April 1, 2021 and the same shall re-open 48 hours after the above financial results are made public.
