Anand Projects Limited to make further investment in Ojas Industries Private Limited

Anand Projects Limited ("Anand" or "the Company") has agreed to make further investment in Ojas Industries Private Limited ("the Investee Company") by acquiring equity shares equivalent to 34.50% of the issued and paid-up share capital of the investee Company, and the Company has entered into following agreement:

- Share Purchase Agreement to acquire equity shares equivalent to 34.50% of the issued and paid-up share capital of the Investee Company as on date from its Promoter and/or other existing Shareholder.

The total holding of Anand in the Investee Company would be increased upto 49.50% and the investee company will become an Associate Company of Anand.
