AXIS Bank to sell 100% stake in Axis Bank UK Ltd to OpenPayd Holdings Ltd

AXIS Bank has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement on 31st March 2021 for sale of 100% stake in its subsidiary, Axis Bank UK Limited to OpenPayd Holdings Ltd. This transaction is subject to approval by the UK Financial Regulator, the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.697.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 695.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 453193 in over 7003 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 703.55 and intraday low of 692.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 316135354.
