Cyient Limited board to consider Q4, FY21 results, final dividend on April 22, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Cyient Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 22 April 2021, to approve and take on record the audited standalone financial results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2021.

The board will approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries under Ind AS for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2021.

The board will also consider recommendation of final dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2021, if any.
