Nahar Spinning equity shareholders & creditors approve Scheme of Demerger & Arrangement

Nahar Spinning Mills Ltd has announced that the Equity Shareholders, Secured & Unsecured Creditors of the Company at their Court Convened Meeting (CCM) held on October 07, 2006, have approved the composite scheme of demerger & arrangement between the Company, Nahar Exports Ltd and Nahar Capital & Financial Services Ltd.
