Sterlite Technologies Limited allots NCDs for Rs. 150 crores

The Authorization and Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Sterlite Technologies Limited ("Committee") at its meeting held today i.e. March 31, 2021 approved the allotment of 1500 rated, listed, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (the "NCDs") bearing a face value of INR 10,00,000 (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) each, aggregating to INR 150,00,00,000 (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty Crores Only) to the investors identified by the Authorised Official on March 30, 2021.

Shares of STERLITE TECHNOLOGIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.194.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 198.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 34928 in over 1282 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 200 and intraday low of 192. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6855558.
