Indian Overseas Bank receives Rs. 4,100 crore capital infusion from Government of India

Indian Overseas Bank has received a capital infusion of Rs.4,100 crore (Rupees Four Thousand One Hundred Crores only) from Government of India towards contribution of Central Government in the preferential allotment of equity shares of the Bank during the Financial Year 2020-21, as Government's Investment.

Shares of INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK was last trading in BSE at Rs.15.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 15.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 534559 in over 844 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 16.25 and intraday low of 15.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8593899.
