Adani Green Energy completes acquisition of Surajkiran Renewable Resources Pvt Ltd

Adani Green Energy Limited has completed acquisition of 100% of the share capital and all the securities of Surajkiran Renewable Resources Private Limited from Skypower Southeast Asia III Investments Ltd and Skypower Southeast Asia Holdings 2 Ltd.

Shares of Adani Green Energy Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1104.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1156.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 52042 in over 4072 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1165 and intraday low of 1098.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 58396705.
