Bodal Chemicals Ltd completes acquisition of Chemical Plant from Mawana Sugars Ltd

Bodal Chemicals Ltd has completed procedure and has acquired Chemical Plant known as Siel Chemical Complex (SCC), a chemical unit, situated at Rajpura, Punjab, India, from Mawana Sugars Ltd., on today i.e. 31st March, 2021. Further, Operations from the said Unit will be merged with Bodal Chemicals Ltd with effect from 01st April, 2021.

Shares of BODAL CHEMICALS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.90.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 91.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 116783 in over 1703 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 92.4 and intraday low of 89.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10615385.
