Novartis India Ltd board to approve Q4, FY21 results, final dividend on May 20, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Novartis India Ltd is scheduled on 20/05/2021, to consider and approve the Audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2021 ("said results") and recommendation of final dividend on Equity Share, if any, for the said year.

The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from April 01, 2021 to May 22, 2021 (both days inclusive).
