Godrej Properties Limited increases stake in Godrej Realty Pvt. Ltd. to 100%

Godrej Properties Limited has increased its equity stake in Godrej Realty Private Limited from 51% to 100% by acquiring equity shares from HDFC Venture Trustee Company Limited (acting for and on behalf of HDFC Property Fund invested through Scheme HDFC India Real Estate Fund).

Godrej Realty Private Limited is engaged in construction and development of land situated in Pune.

Consequent to the above acquisition, Godrej Realty Private Limited has become Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the Company with effect from March 31, 2021.

Shares of Godrej Properties Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1405 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1351.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 43651 in over 2272 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1415 and intraday low of 1345. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 60858974.
