Premco Global Ltd board approves 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 2 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Premco Global Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. 31st March, 2021 has considered & approved payment of 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs.2 per share of Rs.10 each (20%) for the financial year 2020-2021.

The Interim Dividend, shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the company whose name appear on the register of Members of the company or in the records of the depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Friday, April 09th, 2021 which is the Record date fixed for the purpose. The Interim Dividend shall be paid to shareholders on or before 30th April 2021.

Shares of PREMCO GLOBAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.335 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 329.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1034 in over 26 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 335 and intraday low of 315.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 341439.
