Nahar Exports Ltd has announced that the equity shareholders, Secured & Unsecured Creditors of the Company at their Court Convened Meeting (CCM) held on October 07, 2006, have approved the composite scheme of demerger & arrangement between Nahar Spinning Mills Ltd, the Company and Nahar Capital & Financial Services Ltd.
