Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Ltd reappoints Chairman and MD, Joint MD

The Board of Directors of Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Ltd in their meeting held today, which commenced at 04.30 p.m and concluded at 05.00 p.m, has considered, discussed and approved the re-appointment of Mr. Punit Makharia as a Chairman and Managing Director for a further period of Five(5) years w.e.f 01st April, 2021 and fixation of remuneration payable to him for the period of three years w.e.f 01st April, 2021, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Gautam Makharia as a Joint Managing Director for a further period of Five(5) years w.e.f 01st April, 2021 and fixation of remuneration payable to him for the period of three years w.e.f 01st April, 2021, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.135.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 137.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 39114 in over 1731 trades.
