NTPC Ltd to discontinue operations of Talcher Thermal Power Station, Odisha

After running for 54 years, operations of Talcher Thermal Power Station, Odisha having total installed capacity of 460 MW shall be discontinued w.e.f. 31st March, 2021.

Shares of NTPC LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.107.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 104.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1004173 in over 3800 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 108.5 and intraday low of 104.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 107788392.
