Wipro Ltd board to consider Q4, FY2021 results, dividend on April 15, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Wipro Ltd will be held on April 15, 2021 to consider and approve, the condensed audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company under IndAS for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2021 and the condensed audited consolidated financial results of the Company under IFRS for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2021.

The board will also consider recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the financial year ending March 31, 2021.

The financial results would be approved by the Board of Directors on the evening of April 15, 2021. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from March 16, 2021 till the close of trading hours of April 17, 2021.

Shares of WIPRO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.417.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 403.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 332960 in over 7134 trades.
