Kama Holdings Limited declares Rs. 108 dividend on equity shares

The Board of Directors of Kama Holdings Limited at its meeting held today has declared interim dividends as follows -

- @1080% i.e. Rs. 108 per share on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company.

- @8% i.e. Rs. 0.80 per share on 8% Unlisted Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference Share capital of the Company.

These Dividends would be paid to members whose names appear on the Register of Members and the beneficial owners as per details received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited, as on the Record Date i.e. Friday, the 9th April, 2021.

The date of payment of interim equity dividend will be Wednesday, the 28th April, 2021 and preference dividend will be Thursday, the 15th April, 2021.

Shares of Kama Holdings Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.5884.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5660.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 261 in over 70 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 5989.9 and intraday low of 5550. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1503036.
