The record date for determining eligibility of members for the purpose of Sub-division of One (1) Equity Share having face value of Rs. 10/ - (Ru pees Ten Only) each into Five (5) Equity Share having face value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two Only) each have been fixed as Friday, April 16, 2021.
