TV Today Network Ltd board to consider FY21 results, dividend on May 14, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of TV Today Network Ltd is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 14, 2021, to consider, approve and take on record, the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter (Q4) and Financial Year ending on March 31, 2021.

The board will consider and recommend the payment of Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2020-21.
