GIC Housing Finance Ltd raises Rs. 195 crores through NCDs

Pursuant to the authority accorded by the Board of directors of GIC Housing Finance Ltd vide its resolution dated 11th November, 2020, 1950 numbers of NCDs, having a face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- each at par for an aggregate amount of Rs. 195 crores, issued on Private placement basis, has been allotted on 30th March, 2021.

Shares of GIC HOUSING FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.115.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 115.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26824 in over 360 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 117.15 and intraday low of 115.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3119421.
