Mukta Arts Updates on Zee tie-up

Mukta Arts Ltd has announced that the Company has contracted with Zee Tele Films Ltd for assignment of Satellite rights in respect of the Company's film library (12 Films), for a period of five years w.e.f. February 26, 2007 for a consideration of Rs 22 crores. The same would be accounted for in the quarter Jan - March 2007.
