Cyber Media (India) Limited approves allotment of 28 lakh shares

Pursuant to the Special Resolution passed by the shareholders of Cyber Media (India) Limited on March 23, 2021, the Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular Resolution dated March 27, 2021, approved the allotment of 28,00,000 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each, at an issue price of Rs. 10/- each, aggregating to Rs. 2,80,00,000, to the Promoter & Promoter Group of the Company on preferential basis in the following manner:

Pradeep Gupta - 18,00,000
Dhaval Gupta - 10,00,000
