Asian Petroproducts and Exports Ltd allots 9.80 lakh shares

Asian Petroproducts and Exports Ltd had received In-Principle approval of BSE for the proposed preferential allotment of equity shares on 26th March, 2021 and accordingly the Board of Directors in their meeting held today have approved the allotment of 9,80,000 number of Equity Shares at a price of 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 98 Lakhs against conversion of unsecured loans already brought in by the allottees. The details of allottees are as under:

Mr. Jaykishor Chaturvedi - 4,45,000
Mr. Siddharth Chaturvedi - 3,10,000
World Tradimpex Private Limited - 2,25,000
