Vivo Bio Tech Ltd allots 3,82,000 shares on conversion of warrants

The Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Vivo Bio Tech Ltd at its meeting held today allotted 3,82,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs.45/- (premium of Rs.35/- each) on conversion of warrants issued on preferential basis to the following promoter group on receipt of the balance application money of Rs. 1,28,92,500 /- (being the 75% of the issue price). Post the aforesaid allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 13,26,95,200/-

Shares of VIVO BIO TECH LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.51 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 51.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3695 in over 43 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 53.4 and intraday low of 50.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 188484.
