Manorama Industries Ltd board approves proposal for migration of equity shares to main board of NSE

The Board of Directors of Manorama Industries Ltd, at its meeting of held today i.e. Friday, March 26, 2021, has considered and approved the proposal of migration of Equity Shares of the Company from SME Platform of BSE to the Main Board of NSE, subject to approval of members of the Company by way of a special resolution through postal ballot.

The board authorized conducting of the postal ballot process for seeking consent of members of the Company by way of a special resolution for the migration of Equity Shares of the Company from SME Platform of BSE to the Main Board of NSE, approved the postal ballot notice and other matters incidental thereto.

Shares of Manorama Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.771 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 766.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 900 in over 6 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 771.05 and intraday low of 770. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 693607.
