Adani Green Energy Ltd completes acquisition of power projects from Sterling and Wilson Pvt Ltd

Adani Green Energy Limited has completed acquisition of 100% of the share capital and all the securities of Surajkiran Solar Technologies Private Limited and Dinkar Technologies Private Limited from Sterling and Wilson Private Limited.

Shares of Adani Green Energy Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1211.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1228. The total number of shares traded during the day was 63573 in over 7243 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1260 and intraday low of 1180. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 76574589.
