Bajaj Finance Ltd board to consider dividend, FY2021 results on April 27, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Bajaj Finance Ltd will be held on Tuesday, 27 April 2021, to consider the audited financial results for the year ending 31 March 2021 and recommendation of dividend on equity shares, if any, for the said year.

The Company will publish the audited financial results for the financial year ending 31 March 2021, immediately, after the Board meeting on 27 April 2021, i.e. within a period of sixty days from the end of the financial year.

The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 1 April 2021 till Thursday, 29 April 2021 (both days inclusive), for designated persons. The designated persons of the Company are being informed of the same.
