Shriram City Union Finance Limited board declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of Directors of Shriram City Union Finance Limited at their meeting held today among other items have declared 2nd interim dividend of R. 10/- (ie. 100%) per equity share of & 10/- each for the financial year 2020-2021 to those members whose name appears in the Register of Members of the Company as on April 7, 2021, being the record date for payment of 2nd interim dividend subject to deduction of tax at source, if any, to the eligible shareholders.

The 2nd interim dividend shall be paid / despatched on or before April 19, 2021. The is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs. 10/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2020-2021 declared by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on November 2, 2020 and paid to eligible shareholders on November 27, 2020.

Shares of SHRIRAM CITY UNION FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1369.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1354.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2398 in over 721 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1420 and intraday low of 1360. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3320672.
